Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Pixxcel, we are committed to delivering high-quality performance marketing services to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Agreements
All cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms specified in the service agreement signed between Pixxcel and the client. In the absence of specific terms in the agreement, the provisions of this policy will apply.
2. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice via email to Pixxcel at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. Any work completed or resources allocated prior to the cancellation date will be billed and must be paid in full.

Pixxcel-Initiated Cancellation: Pixxcel reserves the right to cancel services if:

The client fails to adhere to the agreed payment terms.

The client engages in behavior that violates the terms of the service agreement or Pixxcel’s Terms and Conditions.

Other unforeseen circumstances that make the continuation of services impossible.

In such cases, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments

Payments made for onboarding, consultation, and strategy sessions which starts at 50,000 INR per month are non-refundable.

Any upfront payments for campaigns or services that have already commenced are also non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Pixxcel is unable to initiate the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to reasons solely attributable to Pixxcel.
A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date, and no services have been rendered during this period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.

4. Disputes
In case of a disagreement regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the terms outlined in the governing law section of Pixxcel’s Terms and Conditions.
5. Modifications to This Policy
Pixxcel reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
